Two Sister Listers was started by two best friends that met when they were 4. Being friends so long, they consider each other more like sisters.
Sheila finally decided to clean out her garage and closets and sell all the stuff she does not need. She had also been recently asked by quite a few friends and family to help them create an Ebay account or list their stuff on Ebay. Because of this, she decided to try and start a business out of it as a trading assistant so she could make some extra cash and help make others money as well. It is enough of a chore to clear out unwanted/unneeded items, so she thought she would make it easy for people to get rid of these items. Plus, it is kind of motivation if you know that clearing out these things will result in an easy profit. Since Sheila does not do much of anything without Amy, she decided to ask her to be her partner. Originally, Amy agreed, but later decided to leave the partnership. Sheila’s boyfriend, Kevin, became Sheila’s partner at this point and even though it was no longer two sisters, they kept the name.
We started off only listing on eBay. After several months, a lot of hassles and higher and higher fees accrued on eBay, we started to look into other selling sites with lower or no fees to not only keep our costs down, but also lower costs for our clients.
