Payment
Please pay via Paypal within 72 hours of winning the auction unless you contact us for more time. We are more than happy to accommodate any requests; we just need to know ahead of time. We greatly appreciate buyers that pay promptly so we can get their item(s) shipped to them quickly.
Shipping
Most items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, but can take up to 3-4 days to ship if not in stock and have to get from supplier. You should receive your item within 5-10 days. You will be sent an email when your item is shipped that will list the delivery address and the postage options used for the package such as mail class and special services. It also includes a link with the confirmation number so that you can verify delivery status.
If you would like to insure you item, the cost is $1.50 for anything under $50 and is an additional $0.50 for each addition $50 (for example to ensure for $200, the cost would be $1.50+($0.50*3)= $3.00). Insurance for shipping your item is optional; if you choose NOT to insure your package, you assume responsibility if there is a problem with shipping. However, we will always work with you to resolve any problems that may occur. We ask that you please contact us before making any complaint. We are willing to work with any buyer as we are very concerned about our customers’ satisfaction.
Please review the shipping cost of each item before you buy so you understand what your total will be when it comes time to pay for your item. We only add $2.00-$3.00 handling charge for packaging and additional fees (on smaller items this fee is waved); the rest is the actual cost of postage. If you have an issue with the shipping cost, please send us a message BEFORE bidding and we will try to work something out. Do not complain about the shipping cost after buying; we WILL NOT (really CANNOT) reduce shipping charges after you purchase if we have not previously agreed upon a different amount.
